Vibrant Economy

A diverse economy is more robust. When residents participate in the Arts they become engaged with their City. Belleville needs to promote the Arts, especially downtown, and take advantage of the investment made in the Downtown reconstruction.

Belleville has many heritage buildings, but some are not being maintained. The city should work with owners to find good use for vacant buildings, so they can contribute to the economy rather than being an eyesore.
